These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of naukrimitra.org (the "Site"), operated by Naukri Mitra Healthcare, a healthcare-focused vertical of the Naukri Mitra group. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Naukri Mitra Healthcare is a job-listing website focused exclusively on healthcare roles — including, among others, nursing, medical, pharmacy, laboratory/diagnostics, hospital administration, and allied health positions. We display job listings and connect job seekers with healthcare employers; we are not a recruitment agency, an employer, or a party to any employment contract formed between a job seeker and an employer.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:
Job listings are submitted or reviewed with reasonable care, but we cannot independently verify every detail of every listing or guarantee that a role, employer, salary figure, or application outcome is accurate or still available. Job seekers should exercise their own judgement — including verifying an employer's legitimacy — before sharing sensitive personal information or making any payment in connection with a job application. Naukri Mitra Healthcare never charges job seekers a fee to apply for or be considered for a listed role.
Employers submitting job openings through our Contact form confirm that the role is genuine, that they are authorised to recruit for it, and that the information provided is accurate to the best of their knowledge. We reserve the right to decline, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings that are duplicative, misleading, unrelated to healthcare, or that violate applicable law.
The Site's design, text, graphics, and logo are the property of Naukri Mitra Healthcare / the Naukri Mitra group, except where otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular job listing will result in an interview, offer, or hire.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naukri Mitra Healthcare and the Naukri Mitra group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, your reliance on any listing, or any interaction with an employer or candidate you connect with through the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
